Counseling Services

Emotional and mental health are important aspects of spiritual care.  If you are in need of support, please ask for help.  PLTS refers students to the Counseling and Psychological Services Department of California Lutheran University (CAPS). They offer free services to Cal Lutheran students (including PLTS) via online counseling.
